When you become a boarder at Mountain View, we need you to register as a member of this Hellbound message board. After that you need to post under the "Boarders" category. Your post will look like the demo one posted.
Basically, the subject of the message will be your name and your boarding start date.
The message part of the post will be of the following information of each horse (all horses being boarded will be in the same post together).
Horse's Name:
Age:
Breed:
Color:
HF Reg #:
Disciplines Trained/Showing In:
Boarding Plan:
Total $ Owed: (at the bottom of the message after all horses for a month)
That information will be posted for each horse in your post. If you decide to board more horses at a later date, you can go in and edit your post. You can also remove horses that you have no longer decided to board here at Mountain View by editing the message the same way.
Boarding money is due the first day you board, and then on that day each month afterward. Paying your boarding fee is your responsibility. After a week over due, we will send you an email. Two months over due you are released as a boarder to find a new boarding facility.
If you are going to be away, we please ask that you pay your bill ahead of time or please email me, Alexis.
